Prescription Image in New Prescription Window

An image of the prescription, as taken by the patient using their mobile device, will be visible to you in this window. Your pharmacy can fill the prescription using the details provided in this image.

Once your pharmacy fills the prescription for the patient, the prescription image will automatically be added as an attachment to the completed prescription. The attachment will be saved with the description Written Prescription.

• Zoom: You can use the Zoom% functionality to zoom in or out of the prescription in order for you to view it correctly.
• Print: If your pharmacy wishes, you can print the image of the prescription by selecting the small printer icon located in the top-left corner of the prescription image. If you are placing the prescription on hold, the prescription image will print by default.
